Final Documentation. As a condition of City’s acceptance of the Artwork, Artist shall supply City with at least three (3) professional images of the installed Artwork in digital format (in a format to be agreed upon with the City). Use of these images will be in accordance with Section 16 of this Agreement. EXHIBIT B SCHEDULE OF PERFORMANCE
Final Documentation. All final documentation must be delivered to the Servicer within 90 days of the date of purchase. Failure to provide documentation within this timeframe may result in penalties or possible repurchase of the loan.
Final Documentation. As soon as the funded Project(s) are complete, the Grantee will submit a final SF-425, a final Progress Report, a final Performance Report, and a final payment request. This Second Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) replaces and supersedes in its entirety that First Amended and Restated Employment Agreement dated December 17, 2008, as amended on January 1, 2010 (the “Prior Agreement”), and is entered into by and between [LINN OPERATING, INC., a Delaware corporation] (the “Company”), and XXXX X. XXXXX (the “Employee”) as of the date first set forth above (the “Effective Date”), on the terms set forth herein. [LINN ENERGY, INC., a Delaware corporation], and the 100% parent of the Company (“Linn Energy”), is joining in this Agreement for the limited purposes of reflecting its agreement to the matters set forth herein as to it, but such joinder is not intended to make Linn Energy the employer of the Employee for any purpose. As a condition of CITY’s acceptance of the ARTWORK, ARTIST shall supply CITY with at least three publication quality images of the installed ARTWORK in both slide and digital formats and other information on the ARTWORK requested by CITY for its registration files. Use of these images will be in accordance with Section 13.2 of this Agreement.
Final Documentation. For the project area as a whole, the Consultant will provide a concise, stand-alone Summary Report that will include the following: • Brief project description with project area map • Signal phasing and/or lane-use assignment changes made by the Client in conjunction with the project (using its funds and forces) • Original and final cycle lengths and control areas • Original and final time-of-day schedules • Before and after analysis of delay, number of stops, speeds, and travel times • A one-page summary of benefits table The Consultant will prepare and transmit a draft Summary Report (in PDF format) to the Client. Upon receipt of comments, the Consultant will prepare and submit (in PDF format) the corridor’s final Summary Report. This report will discuss the probable reasons for any unfavorable results. Also, note will be made of recommended future improvements that, if made by the Client, would further improve the corridor’s traffic operations. For each corridor, the Consultant will also provide (on DVD or CD-ROM) other final documentation as follows: • Traffic counts • Travel time runs • Final Synchro files (in the Version desired by the Client) • Executive summary o Complete document (in both PDF format and Microsoft Word format) o All incorporated tables in Microsoft Excel format
