Legal Duty. Employees required by law to appear for jury duty or other legal obligation shall suffer no financial loss because of such absence, and the difference between their normal salary and the compensation received for jury duty shall be paid to the employee by the Board. Employees, when excused from jury duty, shall return to work unless excused by the Principal.
