Legislative Changes and Reopeners. If the Washington State Legislature changes provisions of the SEBB to allow for changes in employer contributions towards elective benefits, or substantially changes the medical coverage provisions, either party can reopen this agreement for negotiation over the changes.

Legislative Changes and Reopeners. If the Washington State Legislature or the SEBB Board changes provisions of the SEBB to allow for changes in employer contributions towards elective benefits, or substantially changes the medical coverage provisions, or eligibility guidelines, either party can reopen this agreement for negotiation of the changes. This Memorandum of Understanding shall be effective September 1, 2019; shall remain in effect until August 31, 2020. All other terms and conditions of the Original CBA remain unchanged.
