Communication and Coordination. The Parties understand and agree that the process described in this Agreement depends upon timely and open communication and cooperation between the Parties. The Parties agree to use best efforts to communicate regarding issues, changes, or problems that arise in the performance of the rights, duties and obligations hereunder as early as possible in the process, and not wait for explicit due dates or deadlines. Each Party agrees to work cooperatively and in good faith toward resolution of any such issues.

Communication and Coordination. The Project Coordinator for the SCP will be responsible for coordinating communication and information sharing among participating partners. Methods for sharing information will include quarterly meetings of the Collaborative Stakeholder Group, written status reports, and monthly meetings between the Project Coordinator and the Principal or Principal’s designee.
Communication and Coordination. Service Provider’s Designated Single Point of Contact (“SPOC”): Service Provider shall designate a SPOC with whom the City will work to handle all administrative matters related to this Agreement. The SPOC must hold a position that allows them to take appropriate action for immediate problem resolution. The City shall designate a Contract Administrator who will fulfill the same function. When Service Provider’s SPOC is not available (vacation/illness, out of office, etc.), an alternate point of contact name, phone number, and email address shall be provided to the City. Service Provider shall give the City written notification of any SPOC change within two (2) calendar days of the change. The City requires that Service Provider’s SPOC meets with the City’s Contract Administrator no less than every quarter to review operational performance issues. The City reserves the right to increase this to a monthly basis at their option in the event it is deemed warranted by the City Contract Administrator. Service Provider will provide minutes of these meetings to the City’s Contract Administrator, which will include any action items identified in the meeting, who is assigned responsibility for it, and anticipated date of the item’s completion. During these meetings, Service Provider’s SPOC will provide updates of any new waste stream reduction opportunities the Service Provider may be able to offer, or notify the City of program reduction(s) related to recycle market changes directed from the MRF’s. Outreach Coordinator: Service Provider will employ an individual no less than 20 hours per week to educate City residents, businesses, and visitors about recycling and waste management practices. This position’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited, to:  Creating and distributing single-stream recycling program information;  Interfacing with local community groups and individuals who are interested in waste management issues;  One-on-one customer training and support; and  Waste and recycling audits and inspections This position may or may not be also the designated SPOC for Service Provider.
Communication and Coordination. Signatories to this agreement will: 1. Hold a meeting of Mayors, regional Chairperson and their Chief Executive Officers every six months to review the performance of the Agreement as outlined under section D(1) of this Agreement;
Communication and Coordination. OGRIP agrees to coordinate activities associated with the LBRS with the County and other State Agencies. The County will facilitate communication coordination between OGRIP’s Project Manager and contractors, subcontractors and the County’s project manager. County and OGRIP agree to designate a single representative who will act as the authorized liaison to all participants for the purpose of quality control, data acceptance, data sharing, notification, clearinghouse information and other communication as required. This makes ongoing communication about and coordination of each party’s program of work and financial planning assumptions desirable and necessary.
Communication and Coordination. The Director of CaPE (or designee) and the President of OLLI-UA will consult on a regular basis to ensure that program directives and the responsibilities outlined in this Agreement are fulfilled to enable the mission of OLLI-UA to be carried out successfully in accord with Osher and University goals and objectives.

Communication and Coordination. 5.1 During the term of this Agreement, both Parties shall actively communicate with the other Party, designate specific business contact persons, consult and coordinate with each other on a timely basis to resolve problems that may arise. 5.2 Neither Party shall xxxxx responsibilities in case of service defects. 5.3 Both Parties shall be obligated to prevent any action that may harm the reputation of the other Party. 5.4 In the event of negligence or mistakes due to the dereliction of duty by either Party, the responsible Party shall promptly handle such negligence or mistake and take effective measures to alleviate any losses.
Communication and Coordination. It is the intent of the Members to generally meet on a monthly basis in order to carry out the purposes and goals of this MOU. The frequency and location of meetings are subject to the discretion of the Members and may be changed when appropriate. The Members will also coordinate with stakeholders in the Coachella Valley through Planning Partners meetings and other correspondence at a frequency determined by the Members. The Planning Partners will provide opportunity for public comment on decisions directly related to the CVIRWMP development and implementation that are made by the governing bodies of the Members.

Work together to develop a common process for promoting or achieving priorities and community outcomes, and making efficient use of resources, in accordance with section 14(e) LGA; 2. Develop joint approaches as required. 3. Provide for early notification (through the appropriate council or officer forum) of, and participation in, decisions that may affect other local authorities in the Region in accordance with the requirements of sections 77-89 LGA (decision- making and consultation). This will include distribution of draft documentation of major policy discussions and the development of consultation policies; 4. Apply a ‘no surprises’ policy whereby early notice will be given over disagreements between local authorities concerning policy or programmes before critical public announcements are made; 5. Use existing structures to pursue greater collaboration within the Region (refer to Appendix One); 6. Consider joint community consultation for issues affecting more than one authority. 7. Provide opportunities for other local authorities, whether party to this agreement or not, to work jointly on the development of strategies and plans for the achievement of identified outcomes and priorities. 8. Work together to achieve regional economic prosperity (refer to Appendix Two).
