Legislative Initiatives. 3.1 Either Party will provide to the other Party any information received concerning a Federal or Provincial Government legislative initiative that it considers may affect the activities of the other Party within the local trust area/electoral area.
3.2 Either Party shall provide notice to the other Party respecting requests for the Federal or Provincial Governments to enact legislation that it considers may affect the activities of the other Party within the local trust area/electoral area.
Legislative Initiatives. The parties agree to share information regarding legislative initiatives on matters of mutual concern and in which their interests coincide, and each party agrees to consider the interests of the other party in determining whether to support or oppose legislative proposals.
