Length of Appointment. If an employee occupies the same position on non-regular appointment, excluding Section (c) of this clause for eight consecutive months, OC shall post the position in keeping with Article 21 and shall thereby convert the position to regular appointment status, unless an extension is mutually agreed to by the Joint Committee.
