Length of Appointment. If an employee occupies the same position on an auxiliary appointment, excluding Section (c) of this clause for 12 consecutive months, the University shall post the position in keeping with Article 21 and shall thereby convert the position to regular appointment status, unless an extension is mutually agreed to by the Joint Committee.
