Length of Layoff Eligibility. Bargaining unit members will remain on the recall list for 24 months from the date of layoff unless the member: 1. Fails to provide the Employer with a current mailing address, which causes the notice to be undelivered or undeliverable. 2. Fails to respond to an offer, which shall be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, within fourteen (14) days of date of mailing.
