Vacation pay for Full-time only - the Employer will multiply the number of hours per the posted schedule multiplied by the employee’s current rate of pay and deduct the amount from the employee’s vacation bank. The Employer will pay out any unused vacation banked for full-time employees on the last full pay period of December.

  • Annual Vacation Pay Vacation pay shall be paid at the regular hourly rate of the Nurse in effect immediately prior to the Nurse taking vacation.

  • Prime Time Vacation Period Subject to the provisions of this article, it is the intent of the parties that no employee will be restricted in the time of year they choose to take their vacation. The Employer will make every effort to allow employees to take their vacation during the period of April 15th to October 15th inclusive, which will be defined as the prime time vacation period.

  • VACATIONS AND VACATION PAY 9.01 All employees who are covered under this Agreement shall receive vacation pay as a percent of the employee's total earnings exclusive of the Employer's contribution to the Union's Pension, Health Benefit Plan, Education and Assistance Fund and Industry Fund. Income tax shall be deducted weekly from the employee's earnings increased by the amount of vacation pay.

  • ANNUAL LEAVE (VACATION) A.   • Vacation Payout Where an employee requests in writing to have a specific number of vacation days paid out, and the Employer agrees to the request, the Employer will issue pay in lieu of vacation. Pay in lieu of vacation, if agreed, will be granted only after a minimum of 15 days' vacation time has already been taken in the year.

  • Vacation Leave Accrual ‌ After a full-time employee has been in pay status for eighty (80) non-overtime hours in a calendar month, the employee will accrue vacation leave according to the rate schedule below. Vacation leave accrual for part-time employees will be proportionate to the number of hours the part-time employee is in pay status during the month to that required for full-time employment.

  • Vacation Pay (d) Paid Union leaves. All other payments, premiums, allowances etc. are excluded.

  • Annual Vacation Leave 33.01 An Employee shall not take vacation leave without prior authorization from the Employer.

  • Sick Leave While on Vacation An employee who while on vacation is incapacitated for one (1) or more days due to personal illness or injury may charge such days to accrued sick leave. In such event, the employee promptly shall notify his department, and upon return to duty shall substantiate the need for, and use of, sick leave.
