Recall from Vacation Leave. When during any period of vacation leave an employee is recalled to duty, he shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses, as normally defined by the Employer, that he incurs:
Recall from Vacation Leave. 31.6.1 When during any period of vacation leave an employee is recalled to duty, he shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses, as normally defined by the Council, that he incurs:
31.6.1.1 in proceeding to his place of duty, and
31.6.1.2 in returning to the place from which the employee was recalled if he immediately resumes vacation upon completing the assignment for which he was recalled, after submitting such accounts and within such time limits as are normally required by the Council.
31.6.2 The employee shall not be considered as being on vacation leave for any period for which he is to be reimbursed (under clause 31.6) for reasonable expenses incurred by the employee.
31.6.3 When the Council cancels or alters a period of vacation leave which it has previously approved in writing, the Council shall reimburse the employee for the non-returnable portion of vacation contracts and reservations made by the employee in respect of that period, subject to the presentation of such documentation as the Council may require. The employee must make every reasonable attempt to mitigate any losses incurred and will provide proof of such action, when available, to the Council.
Recall from Vacation Leave. (a) Where an employee is recalled to duty during any period of vacation or furlough leave, the employee shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses that the employee incurs:
(i) in proceeding to the employee’s place of duty, and
(ii) in returning to the place from which the employee was recalled if the employee immediately resumes vacation upon completing the assignment for which the employee was recalled, after submitting such accounts as are normally required by the Employer.
(b) The employee shall not be considered as being on vacation leave or furlough leave during any period in respect of which the employee is entitled under paragraph (a) to be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred by the employee.
Recall from Vacation Leave. When, during any period of vacation leave, an employee is recalled to duty, he/she shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses, as normally defined by the Council, that he/she incurs
(a) in proceeding to his/her place of duty, and
(b) in returning to the place from which he/she was recalled if he/she immediately resumes vacation upon completing the assignment for which he/she was recalled, after submitting such accounts and within such time limits as are normally required by the Council.
Recall from Vacation Leave. Except in the case of an emergency, the Employer shall not recall any employee to duty once his vacations have commenced.

(a) in proceeding to the employee's place of duty,

Recall from Vacation Leave. (a) Subject to operational requirements, the Employer will make every reasonable effort not to recall an employee to duty after he or she has proceeded on vacation leave;
(b) Where, during any period of vacation leave, an employee is recalled to duty, the employee shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses, as normally defined by the Employer, that the employee incurs:
(i) in proceeding to the employee's place of duty, and
(ii) in returning to the place from which the employee was recalled if the employee immediately resumes vacation upon completing the assignment for which he or she was recalled after submitting such accounts as are normally required by the Employer;
(c) Employees shall not be considered as being on vacation leave during any period in respect of which they are entitled under sub-clause 14.08(b) to be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred by them;
(d) The expenses referred to in (b) shall include the non-returnable portion of vacation contracts and reservations made by the employee in respect of that period, subject to presentation of such documentation as the Employer may require;
(e) Expenses referred to in (b) and (d) above shall also include expenses related to all immediate family members who accompanied the Employee on such a vacation, where applicable.
Recall from Vacation Leave. Due to emergency operational requirements, the Employer may alter an Employee's vacation period after it has been approved, providing that

C2.09 The employee shall not be considered as being on vacation leave during any period in respect of which he is entitled under clause C2.08 to be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred by him.
