Lessor’s Right to Enter. Upon reasonable prior notice to Xxxxxx, Lessor shall have the right to enter upon and inspect the Dayroom from time to time, and, upon reasonable notice to Lessee, to make any necessary repairs without abatement of rent, provided, however, that Lessor shall not, during the course of any such inspection or repairs, unreasonably interfere with Xxxxxx's use and enjoyment of the Dayroom.
Lessor’s Right to Enter. The Lessee covenants and agrees to permit the Lessor and its agents to enter and examine the Leased Premises at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice to the Lessee and, during the last six months of the Term of the Lease, to keep affixed in suitable places notices of availability of the Leased Premises.

In exercising the rights granted herein, Lessor shall use reasonable efforts to minimize interference with the construction of the Facilities.
Lessor’s Right to Enter. Lessee will permit Lessor, Lessor’s agents or employees or any other person or persons authorized by Lessor, to inspect the Premises at any time during Business Hours, upon reasonable advance notice and to enter the Premises, if Lessor shall so elect, at any reasonable scheduled and mutually agreeable times for making alterations, improvements or repairs to the Building or the Premises (including without limitation all ducts, pipes, wires and building equipment) or for any purpose in connection with the operation or maintenance of the Building; and no such entry to work shall be treated as a deprivation of Lessee’s use of the Premises. Lessor shall not be liable for inconvenience, annoyance, disturbance or other damage to Lessee by reason of making such alterations, improvements or repairs or performing such operation or maintenance; provided, however, that Lessor shall make reasonable efforts to avoid materially interfering with Lessee’s use of the Premises, but nothing contained herein shall obligate Lessor to make such alterations, improvements or repairs or perform such operation or maintenance other than during Business Hours. Nothing herein shall imply any duty upon the part of Lessor to do any such work which under any provision of this lease Lessee may be required to perform; Lessor’s performance of such work on Lessee’s behalf shall not constitute a waiver of Lessee’s default in failing to perform such work. During the last ninety (90) days of the term of this Lease or any renewal or extension thereof, Lessor shall have the right to exhibit the Premises to any prospective Lessee. Lessor shall at all times, use reasonable efforts not to interfere with Lessee’s use and occupancy of the Premises.
Lessor’s Right to Enter. Lessor has the right and Lessee shall permit Lessor and/or Lessor's agents, representatives and/or employees to (i) enter on the Premises and Lessee's property for the purpose of inspection of the Premises and the Improvements, to determine whether Lessee is in compliance with the terms of this Lease; and (ii) enter the Premises for the purpose of inspection, maintenance or reconstruction of the Highway Facility when and as necessary as determined by Lessor in its sole and absolute discretion. In any circumstances where Lessor is permitted to enter upon the Premises in accordance with this Lease or otherwise, whether for the purpose of curing any default of Lessee, repairing damage resulting from fire or other casualty or is otherwise permitted hereunder or by law to go upon the Premises, no such entry shall constitute an eviction or disturbance of Lessee's use and possession of the Premises or a breach by Lessor of any of Lessor's obligations hereunder or otherwise or entitle Lessee to be relieved from any of its obligations hereunder or grant Lessee any right of off-set or recoupment or other remedy; and in connection with any such entry all of the aforesaid provisions shall be applicable notwithstanding that Lessor may elect to take building materials and equipment in, to or upon the Premises that may be required or utilized in connection with such entry by Lessor.
Lessor’s Right to Enter. Lessee shall permit Lessor and Lessor's agents to enter the Premises after reasonable notice to Lessee to inspect the Premises; to post notices of non-liability for alterations, additions, or repairs, or to place on the Premises any usual or ordinary "For Sale" signs, without any rebate of Rent to Lessee or damages for any loss of occupation or quiet enjoyment of the Premises, provided such entry or activity by Lessor shall not unreasonably interfere with or disrupt Lessee's business at the Premises. Lessor retains the right to enter the Premises at any time without notice to Lessee in the event of any emergency. Lessor may, at any time within sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of this Lease, place on the windows and doors of the Premises any usual or ordinary "to Let" or "To Lease" signs. Lessor and Lessor's agents may, during the last-mentioned period, enter on the Premises at reasonable hours, and exhibit the same to prospective tenants, provided such entry or activity by Lessor shall not unreasonably interfere with or disrupt Lessee's business at the Premises. This provision need only apply so long as Xx. Xxxx X. Wilson is not permitted to enter the Premises in his employment with Lessee.

Lessor’s Right to Enter. Lessor may cut the lock and enter the space for the purposes of inspection without prior notice to Occupant whenever Lessor believes that any hazardous condition or nuisance has been created, or is occurring in the space, or in any situation constituting an emergency, or for repairs to the interior or door, or inspections by governmental authorities. In the event any inspection discloses any stored property or any condition in violation of any provision of this agreement, then Lessor may immediately remove and dispose of such property, and take action to remedy such condition, without notice to Occupant, and at Occupant's expense.
Lessor’s Right to Enter. Lessor may enter the Unit for the purposes of inspection without prior notice to Lessee whenever Lessor believes that any hazardous condition or nuisance has been created or is occurring in the Unit, or for repairs to the interior or exterior of the Unit, or inspections by governmental authorities. In the event any materials are discovered which are hazardous or constitute a nuisance, in Lessor’s sole judgment and discretion, Lessor may immediately arrange for their removal and disposal at Lessee’s expense.
