The purpose of the Plan for Improvement is to bring to the employee’s attention unsatisfactory areas of performance and specific and positive assistance aimed at improving performance to eliminate the weaknesses. A reasonable time to improve shall be given and an additional evaluation is required and will be conducted to review the employee’s performance.
