LEVEL 3 - SUPERINTENDENT OR HIS/HER DESIGNEE. 5-5.1 If the aggrieved is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level 2, or if no decision has been rendered within ten (10) days after presentation of the grievance in writing, the aggrieved through his/her representative may forward the written grievance to the Superintendent within ten (10) days after the decision at Level 2 or twenty (20) days after the Level 2 grievance was presented, whichever is later.
