Level Advancement. 1. Full-time demonstration teachers and master teachers, at the time of ratification of this Agreement, shall be transitioned to the Educator Level (i.e. Level A, B, C or D) appropriate for their total years of relevant and/or comparable teaching experience, as determined by the Employer. All newly hired Xxxx School bargaining unit faculty members will be placed in the Educator Level appropriate to their years of relevant and/or comparable teaching experience, as determined by the Employer.
