Common use of Level Three - Board of Education Clause in Contracts

Level Three - Board of Education. a. In the event that a grievance is not resolved at Level Two, the teacher may, within five (5) days after the decision, or within fifteen (15) days after the meeting with the Superintendent, submit the grievance to the Board of Education. No change in the subject matter of the original grievance shall be made, except that procedural issues may be raised at any level. b. The Board of Education or its designated committee shall meet with the teacher for the purpose of hearing the grievance not later than fifteen (l5) days after receipt of the grievance. c. The Board shall, within fifteen (15) days after such meeting, render its decision and the reasons therefor in writing to the teacher, with a copy to the Association.

Level Three - Board of Education. a. In (a) If the event that a grievance grievant is not resolved satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level Two, the teacher he/she may, within five seven (57) days after the decision, or within fifteen (15) days after the meeting with the Superintendent, submit the grievance to the Board of Education. The Board of Education or its designated committee shall meet with the teacher for the purpose of hearing the grievance not later than fifteen (l530) days after receipt of the grievance. c. , at which time it shall meet with the grievant and with the representatives of the Union for the purpose of resolving the grievance. The Board shall, within fifteen fourteen (1514) days after such meeting, render its decision and the reasons therefor therefore in writing to the teacher, grievant with a copy to the AssociationUnion.

Level Three - Board of Education. a. In If the event that a grievance grievant is not resolved satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level Two, the teacher he/she may, within five three (53) days after the decision, or within fifteen six (156) days after the meeting hearing, file the grievance again with the Superintendent, submit the grievance Association for appeal to the Board of Education. No change in the subject matter of the original grievance shall be made, except that procedural issues may be raised at any levelBoard. b. The Association shall, within nine (9) days after the hearing at Level Two, refer the appeal to the Board of Education in writing. c. The Board or its designated a committee thereof shall meet with the teacher for the purpose of hearing the grievance not later than fifteen within ten (l510) days after receipt of the appeal, meet with the grievant and with representatives of the Association for the purpose of resolving the grievance. c. d. The Board or a committee thereof shall, within fifteen three (153) days after such meetinghearing, render its decision and the reasons therefor therefore in writing to the teachergrievant, with a copy to the Association.
