Level Three - Board of Education. a. In the event that a grievance is not resolved at Level Two, the teacher may, within five (5) days after the decision, or within fifteen (15) days after the meeting with the Superintendent, submit the grievance to the Board of Education. No change in the subject matter of the original grievance shall be made, except that procedural issues may be raised at any level. b. The Board of Education or its designated committee shall meet with the teacher for the purpose of hearing the grievance not later than fifteen (l5) days after receipt of the grievance. c. The Board shall, within fifteen (15) days after such meeting, render its decision and the reasons therefor in writing to the teacher, with a copy to the Association.
