Common use of Level Three - Board of Education Clause in Contracts

Level Three - Board of Education. (a) If the aggrieved teacher is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level Two, he/she may, within five (5) days after receipt of the decision, file the grievance with the Board of Education. (b) The Board of Education shall, within ten (10) days after the receipt of the grievance, meet with the aggrieved teacher and with the representatives of the Association for the purpose of resolving the grievance. (c) The Board shall, within ten (10) days after such hearing render its decision and the reasons therefore in writing to the aggrieved teacher, with a copy to the President of the Association.
