Common use of Level Three -- Mediation Clause in Contracts

Level Three -- Mediation. If the grievant or the Association is not satisfied with the decision at Level Two, it may, within ten (10) days, submit a written request for mediation of the grievance. In this event the Association shall, within five (5) days, submit to the California State Conciliation Service a written request for the immediate services of a mediator.

Level Three -- Mediation. If the grievant or the Association is not satisfied with the decision at Level TwoXxxxx 00 Xxx, it xx/xxx may, within ten (10) daysdays after the Level Two decision has been rendered, 16 submit a written request for mediation of the grievance. In this event The written request, which 17 shall include a copy of the Association shallinformal conference form and the original grievance form 18 (including the decision rendered), within shall be attached to the Level Three form. Within 19 five (5) daysdays after the written request for mediation, submit the Association shall submit, to the 20 California State Conciliation Service Service, a written request for the immediate services of a 21 mediator.
