Common use of Level Three - Superintendent of Schools Clause in Contracts

Level Three - Superintendent of Schools. a. If Level Two mediation was unsuccessful, an aggrieved person(s) may, within five (5) working days after the final Level Two Mediation session, file his/her grievance with the Superintendent.
