Common use of Level Three - Superintendent Clause in Contracts

Level Three - Superintendent. If satisfactory settlement has not been reached at Level Two, the Association shall present the grievance to the Superintendent within five (5) school days of the Principal's Level Two decision. The written grievance on form Appendix B shall contain the details of the complaint and the corrective action desired by the Association. It must also give the date of the Level One informal discussion, as well as the date and substance of the Level Two decision. The Superintendent will meet with a representative of the Association in an attempt to resolve the grievance. A written decision will be given to the Association within five (5) school days of the meeting.

Level Three - Superintendent. If satisfactory settlement has not been reached at Level Two, the Association individual shall present the grievance to the Superintendent within five (5) school days of the Principal's Level Two decision. The written grievance on form Appendix B shall contain the details of the complaint and the corrective action desired by the Associationindividual. It must also give the date of the Level One informal discussion, as well as the date and substance of the Level Two decision. The Superintendent will meet with the Principal, the individual, and, if requested by the individual, a representative of the Association Association, in an attempt to resolve the grievance. A written decision will be given to the Association individual within five (5) school days of the meeting.
