Common use of Level Three - Superintendent Clause in Contracts

Level Three - Superintendent. If the grievant is not satisfied with the decision of the supervisor, he/she may appeal, in writing, to the Superintendent within ten (10) days of the receipt of the supervisor’s decision. The grievance shall be heard by the Superintendent or Superintendent’s designee within ten (10) days of the receipt of the appeal. The Superintendent or designee shall communicate his/her written decision to the grievant and Association within five (5) days of the hearing. Such decision shall include supporting reasons therefore.

Level Three - Superintendent.
