Level Three - Superintendent. a. If a grievance is not satisfactorily resolved at Level Two, the grievant may appeal it to the Superintendent in writing, within ten (10) days following issuance of the Level Two written answer (or following the time when it should have been issued if it was not timely issued). b. Within ten (10) days of the receipt of the grievance, the Superintendent (or his/her designee) shall meet with the grievant and/or the Union to hear and discuss the grievance. c. Within ten (10) days following the meeting at Level Three, the Superintendent (or his/her designee) shall render a written decision on the grievance.

Level Three - Superintendent. a.
