Level Three - Superintendent. If the grievant is dissatisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level Two, the grievant shall complete the Grievance Report Form, Level Three and submit same to the Superintendent or his/her designee within ten (10) days of the written disposition at Level Two. Within ten (10) days of receipt of the Level Three Grievance Report Form, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with the grievant and their Association representative. The Superintendent or his/her designee shall execute a written disposition of the grievance within ten (10) days after the meeting.

If the grievant grievant(s) is dissatisfied not satisfied with the disposition of the his/their grievance at Level Two, the grievant shall complete the Grievance Report Form, Level Three and submit same to the Superintendent or his/her designee if no decision has been rendered within ten (10) calendar days after the written submission of the written disposition at Level Two. Within ten (10) days of receipt of grievance, he/they may file the Level Three Grievance Report Form, grievance in writing with the Superintendent or his/her designee shall meet with the grievant and their Association representative. The Superintendent or his/her designee shall execute a written disposition of the grievance within ten (10) calendar days after the meetinggrievance was presented, whichever is sooner.
