Common use of Level Two - Superintendent or Designee Clause in Contracts

Level Two - Superintendent or Designee. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at level one, or if no decision has been rendered within fifteen (15) school days after the presentation of the written grievance, he/she may file the grievance in writing with the superintendent or designee within five (5) school days after the decision at level one. Within ten (10) school days after receiving the written grievance, the superintendent or designee shall hold a hearing on the grievance. Within five (5) school days of the hearing, the Superintendent or designee shall respond with a written decision.
