Common use of Levels of Accomplishment – Goals and Performance Measures Clause in Contracts

Levels of Accomplishment – Goals and Performance Measures. The Subrecipient agrees to provide the following levels of program services: Activity Units/Year Activity #1 Subrecipient’s goal is to provide 150 rides for St. Xxxxxxx residents under the Transportation Program utilizing CDBG funds during FY20. Activity #2 Sub-recipient’s goal is to rehab 9 St. Xxxxxxx housing units under the HILP during FY20. Activity #3 Sub-recipient’s goal is to provide 250 rental occupancy inspections, and 50 units of property maintenance code compliance under the Code Enforcement Program during FY20 Activity #4 Administrative costs related to salaries, recording fees or any additional costs associated with administration of Subrecipient’s rehabilitation programs. Activity #5 Subrecipient’s goal is to provide meals for 10 senior residents within the City of St. Xxxxxxx.
