Scope of Program. 3.1 During the Term, TMS/USA shall comply with its obligations set forth in Section 5. In consideration, Dealer shall comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
3.2 TMS/USA reserves the right to alter, modify, expand, restrict and/or cancel the Program at any time.
3.3 TMS/USA may audit Dealer’s adherence to Dealer’s obligations under this Agreement. TMS/USA’s right to audit shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Scope of Program. Provide the list of activities to be completed. Each activity should be mapped to one or more outputs and outcomes. Please also demonstrate how the activity contributes to one or more of the MH&A strategic pillars. Provide the start and end date of each activity. See Appendix A for more examples.

3.3 TMS/USA may audit Dealer’s books, records, facilities, personnel and operations to verify Dealer’s adherence to Dealer’s obligations under this Agreement, including, without limitation, compliance with the terms of the Incentive Program, Dealer’s YOY Growth and Incremental Net Sales (each as defined in Exhibit C (Wholesale Sales Incentive Program-WSIP)). TMS/USA’s right to audit shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Scope of Program. B.1 Upon the effective date of this grant contract, the Recipient shall use the funds under this grant in accordance with the Housing Incentives Pilot Program (“XXXX”) Policies and Procedures submitted in the application and any of its amendments, which application is incorporated herein, as well as BL2016-342 and any of its amendments, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
B.2 The Recipient, under this Grant Contract, will spend funds solely for the purposes set forth in its application or proposal for grant funding which is incorporated herein. Any change which would result in an increase of greater than ten (10) percent to the grant amount shall require the prior written approval of Metro which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
B.3 For the Conversion Units, any change which would increase the grant amount to greater than twenty (20) percent of the real property ad valorem tax assessment of the entire property for the calendar year for which the grant is applicable (the “Conversion Rate”) shall require approval from Metro Council. All other changes which would result in an amount less than twenty (20) percent of the Conversion Rate may be approved by the Metro Director of Finance, after written request from Recipient.
B.4 For New Construction Units, any change which would increase the grant amount to greater than fifty (50) percent of the difference between the annual post-development and pre-development real property ad valorem tax assessment of the entire property for the calendar year for which an incentive grant is applicable (the “New Construction Rate”) shall require approval from Metro Council. All other changes which would result in an amount less than fifty (50) percent of the New Construction Rate may be approved by the Metro Director of Finance, after written request from Recipient.
Scope of Program. This description of Program is intended to be general in nature and is neither a complete description of your Program nor a limitation on the Program that you are to provide under this Agreement. You must provide the Program in accordance with the standards of performance set forth in Section 3.3, Standard of Performance. The Program that you must provide include, but are not limited to, those described in Exhibit A, which is attached to this Agreement and incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.
Scope of Program. Department shall implement the program, including the scope of work and deliverables as described in Exhibit 1, which is appended hereto and made a part of this Agreement.
Scope of Program. 1. The program shall cover the Potomac River and Upper Potomac Estuary between Point of Rocks, Maryland, and Maryland Point. It shall incorporate the annually adopted regional work program of the WRPB and other special water monitoring, modeling, coordination, and reporting activities of specific interest to the Parties which may be carried out periodically by COG on their behalf.
2. Special activities conducted by COG on behalf of the Parties shall be defined and managed as needed by the BPRC or its designated subcommittees. These activities may include but are not limited to applications of Potomac water quality model(s), performance of special intensive water quality surveys, and research and contract administration activities concerning residuals disposal and other aspects of overall Potomac pollution management.
Scope of Program. The CITY, by way of a deferred, forgivable loan to the HOMEOWNER, will loan the HOMEOWNER the sum of . The deferred, forgivable loan will be protected by a mortgage filed against the residence located at , Oklahoma. The mortgage will be released once the period of affordability, as described in Section 2 below, has expired. At that time, if the HOMEOWNER has complied with the terms of this AGREEMENT, the deferred, forgivable loan will have been completely forgiven and no further sums will be due to the CITY.
Scope of Program. The UTM/DDA prepares an annual Service Plan in order to ensure that Land Ambulances Ser- vices are delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
