Licence and restrictions on use. 4.1 Subject to the payment of any applicable Fees and your and your Authorised Users’ compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, personal and revocable licence to access and use the Services for the Term in accordance with any Authorised Limits, for your use and enjoyment of the Services, as contemplated by this Agreement (Licence).
