User Limits. The BetterUp Services and BetterUp Platform are subject to User limits specified in the Order. Company may exceed the User limits for additional fees. In the event Company exceeds a contractual User limit, the parties will promptly execute a new Order for the additional Users.

User Limits. Licensee may install, use and permit an unlimited number of Authorized Users to use any Alpha Version or Beta Version on multiple computers without Fees and until the expiration of the period for use of the Alpha Version or Beta Version permitted by ALM Works and as may be referenced on the ALM Works website;
User Limits. Customer has the ability to set up and change user accounts. Customer agrees that each user account shall be assigned to, and Customer shall cause it to be used exclusively by, a single individual (e.g., no creation of generic or shared user accounts). Except when provided otherwise on an Order, users are limited to employees of Customer and independent contractors acting as temporary employees (e.g., no granting user accounts to independent contractors that would use such accounts outside of the work they are performing on behalf of Customer). Where an Order specifies a limited number of users, Customer may re-assign a user account where the person initially assigned such account has left the employ of Customer or changed job assignments to a new job where use of the Social Tables Platform is not part of such job responsibilities. However, Customer shall not reassign such user account as a means of sharing use of the Social Tables Platform within Customer’s operations, rather, Customer shall purchase additional users as required.
User Limits. Any stated limit on the number of users indicates the maximum number of individuals who may at any time possess login credentials to access or use the Licensed Software under Licensee’s license. Multiple individuals may not share the same login credentials.

User count reduction may only occur at the time of renewal as per Section 3.

User Limits. The total number of Customer employees and contractors that are permitted to use the Services and access the Site is set forth on Exhibit A, under the heading “Permitted Number of Users” (the “Permitted Number of Users The Customer Administrator (as defined in Section 2 below) is responsible for keeping track of each unique individual within Customer’s workforce who is permitted to access or otherwise utilize the Services and the Site. User passwords and account information may not be shared between multiple individuals. In no event may the Services or the Site be utilized by, or user accounts be maintained for, more than the Permitted Number of Users. If Customer has reached or will reach the Permitted Number of Users and desires to provide access to the Services and the Site to additional individuals, Customer must either (a) increase the Permitted Number of Users in accordance with the process set forth below (and begin paying the corresponding increase in fees) or (b) reassign user account information from individuals who will no longer require access to the Services or the Site (in which case Customer will disable the accounts for such individuals and no longer provide them access to the Services or the Site) so that the number of Customer employees and contractors who are able to access and utilize the Services and the Site does not exceed the Permitted Number of Users. Customer may increase the Permitted Number of Users under this Agreement by having the Customer Administrator send an e-mail to Bitglass at xxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx identifying the total number of additional users for whom Customer will be maintaining accounts and the date such additional users will become active, following which Customer will be charged for each new user at the same per-user price identified on Exhibit A. If Customer exceeds the Permitted Number of Users at any time, Bitglass may begin charging Customer for such additional users at the beginning of the payment period during which such additional users were first provided access to the Services.
User Limits. Unless otherwise specified: (a) the Service may not be accessed by more than the number of Users for which you have purchased a subscription; (b) a User’s password may not be shared with any other individual; and (c) except as set forth in an Order Form, a User identification may only be reassigned to a new individual replacing one who will no longer use the Service. If you exceed the specified User limit, we may, at our discretion, work with you to seek to reduce your usage so that your User numbers conform to that limit. If you are unable or unwilling to abide by your User limit, you will execute an Order Form for additional Users promptly upon our request, and/or pay any invoice for excess usage in accordance with clause 5.

If, notwithstanding Our efforts, You are unable or unwilling to abide by a contractual usage limit, You will execute an Order Form for additional quantities of the applicable Services or Content promptly upon Our request, and/or pay any invoice for excess usage in accordance with Section 6.2 (Invoicing and Payment).

  • Transfer Limitations We may limit the dollar amount or the number of transfers from your account. Please consult your Truth-in-Savings Disclosure or your Electronic Fund Transfers Agreement and Disclosure.

  • Aggregate Limits of Liability The basic coverage limits of liability may be subject to annual aggregate limits. If this is the case the annual aggregate limits of liability must be at least two (2) times the limits required for each policy, or the aggregate may equal the limits required but must apply separately to this Agreement.
