LICENSE TO FEEDBACK. “Feedback” means all Partner or Downstream Customer suggestions and comments regarding new features, functionality, or performance for the Portal, Service, or Professional Services, including suggestions submitted through the Portal or Site. Partner hereby grants to JumpCloud a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, irrevocable, and perpetual license to use such Feedback disclosed to JumpCloud for any lawful purpose, including the development or improvement of features or functionality for the Portal, Service, or Professional Services. JumpCloud will not identify Partner as the source of any such Feedback.

You irrevocably and unconditionally waive all moral rights with respect to the Feedback which may now or at any time be entitled under local intellectual property laws and all other similar legislation throughout the world. GS1 US may also request that You provide such further documentation as we may reasonably request to confirm GS1 US’s ownership of the Feedback.

  • License Keys The Software, when used in production, requires a License Key to install or access it. If your License Key is stolen, or if you suspect any improper or illegal usage of your License Key, you should promptly notify Acumatica of such occurrence. A replacement License Key will be issued to you and the compromised License Key will be disabled.

  • Developer License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license for the number of Developer(s) indicated in the Order Form to install the Software on any number of Machines in order to internally use the Software to create, develop and test Applications. For clarity, a single Software license may be re-allocated to another Developer in the event that the original Developer is no longer employed by you or has been assigned to a new role where access to the Software will no longer be required on a permanent basis.

  • License to Use You are authorized to use the Software on one (1) single computer only. You may not use the Software on any other machines other than the said single computer.
