Lawful Purpose. The Governing Authority may carry out any act and ensure the performance of any function that is in compliance with the Ohio Constitution, this chapter, other statutes applicable to community schools, and the contract entered into under this chapter establishing the school.

The School and Governing Authority shall not carry out any act or insure the performance of any function that is not in compliance with the Ohio Community School Law located in Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3314, the United States Constitution, the Ohio Constitution, any other applicable Federal or Ohio law, local ordinances or this Contract.

If anything is not legal in the United States of America, it is not permitted to reside on our servers. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes but not limiting material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws. Examples of non- acceptable content or links: Pirated Warez, OGG, AVI, MPEG, ISO, Hacker programs or archives, Copyrighted Digital Movie Copies (DIVX) and Unlicensed MP3. The designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of PDNC management. If illegal content or usage is found, YOUR account will be suspended and/or terminated. YOU agree that PDNC may disclose any and all YOUR information including assigned IP numbers, account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agent who makes a written request without further consent or notification.
Lawful Purpose. CLIENT will only use AZCOMP's software and services for lawful purposes and CLIENT will not store or provide any Data or User Data or link to any material that violates foreign, federal, state or local law, and any modifications thereof.
Lawful Purpose. Lessee agrees not to use or allow the Clubhouse to be used for any unlawful purpose. Lessee also agrees not to commit or allow to be committed any waste or nuisance in or about the Clubhouse, or subject the Clubhouse to any use that would damage the Clubhouse or raise or violate any insurance coverage maintained by the Association.
Lawful Purpose. The services furnished under this Agreement are subject to the conditions that they can be used only for lawful purposes.

Customer will only use Blue Ocean Interactive Marketing Inc hardware and services for lawful purposes and Customer will not store or provide any Content or User Content or link to any material that violates foreign, federal, state or local law, the Terms of Service (Appendix C) any modifications thereof, Blue Ocean Interactive Marketing Inc’s posted Acceptable Use Policy (Appendix B) , or any other Blue Ocean Interactive Marketing Inc policy.
Lawful Purpose xXxx Facilities placed by Licensee in AT&T’s Conduit and Ducts or on AT&T’s Poles, Anchors or Anchor/Guy Strands must serve a lawful purpose and the uses made of Licensee’s Facilities must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and with all federal, state, and local regulatory rules, regulations, and requirements. In this regard, Licensee shall not utilize any Facilities occupying or attached to AT&T’s Conduits, Ducts or Poles for the purpose of providing any services which it is not authorized by law to provide or for the purpose of enabling any other person or entity to provide any such services.
