LAWFUL PURPOSE. The Governing Authority may carry out any act and ensure the performance of any function that is in compliance with the Ohio Constitution, this chapter, other statutes applicable to community schools, and the contract entered into under this chapter establishing the school.
LAWFUL PURPOSE. The School and Governing Authority shall not carry out any act or insure the performance of any function that is not in compliance with the Ohio Community School Law located in Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3314, the United States Constitution, the Ohio Constitution, any other applicable Federal or Ohio law, local ordinances or this Contract.
LAWFUL PURPOSE. The Subscriber represents and warrants that the Subscriber Data and the Subscriber’s access to the Services shall not violate any contract, statute, rule, regulation, or other obligation under which the Subscriber is bound. The Subscriber further represents and warrants that it shall not access the Services to conduct or solicit the performance of any business or activity that is tortious or prohibited by law.
LAWFUL PURPOSE. To the extent that it is in possession of any of the Collateral, Explorations will not use the Collateral or allow the same to be used for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law, ordinance or regulation now or hereafter covering or affecting the use thereof.
LAWFUL PURPOSE. CLIENT will only use AZCOMP's software and services for lawful purposes and CLIENT will not store or provide any Data or User Data or link to any material that violates foreign, federal, state or local law, and any modifications thereof.
LAWFUL PURPOSE. Client may only use ACSB’s Server for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted materials, material judged to be obscene, threatening, pornographic, political, abusive, libelous, or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or material protected by trade secrets.
LAWFUL PURPOSE. Customer will only use Blue Ocean Interactive Marketing Inc hardware and services for lawful purposes and Customer will not store or provide any Content or User Content or link to any material that violates foreign, federal, state or local law, the Terms of Service (Appendix C) any modifications thereof, Blue Ocean Interactive Marketing Inc’s posted Acceptable Use Policy (Appendix B) , or any other Blue Ocean Interactive Marketing Inc policy.
LAWFUL PURPOSE. Elehost reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Customers may only use Elehost server(s) for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any International, Federal, Provincial or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets. Elehost expressly forbids anyone from using Elehost servers for the propagation, distribution, housing, processing, storing, or otherwise handling in any way lewd, obscene, or pornographic material, or any other material which we deem to be objectionable, including, but not limited to, pornography, satanic and hate related materials, slanderous, illegal, offensive and any and all materials of an adult nature. The designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of Elehost and its management. If Elehost deems the site to be in contradiction to its own morals, obligations and/or lawful purpose, a minimum fine of $500 will be charged to the Customer’s credit card and service will be terminated with or without prior notice.
LAWFUL PURPOSE. Lessee agrees not to use or allow the Clubhouse to be used for any unlawful purpose. Lessee also agrees not to commit or allow to be committed any waste or nuisance in or about the Clubhouse, or subject the Clubhouse to any use that would damage the Clubhouse or raise or violate any insurance coverage maintained by the Association.
LAWFUL PURPOSE. PDNC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. YOU may only use PDNC server for lawful purposes and our services may not be used for illegal purposes or in support of illegal activities. We reserve the right to cooperate with legal authorities and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil wrongdoing. If anything is not legal in the United States of America, it is not permitted to reside on our servers. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes but not limiting material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws. Examples of non- acceptable content or links: Pirated Warez, OGG, AVI, MPEG, ISO, Hacker programs or archives, Copyrighted Digital Movie Copies (DIVX) and Unlicensed MP3. The designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of PDNC management. If illegal content or usage is found, YOUR account will be suspended and/or terminated. YOU agree that PDNC may disclose any and all YOUR information including assigned IP numbers, account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agent who makes a written request without further consent or notification.
