License to Host Your Data and Applications. You grant Us, Our Affiliates and applicable contractors a worldwide, limited-term license to host, copy, transmit and display Your Data, and any Non-DealerTeam Applications and program code created by or for You using a Service or for use by You with the Services, as reasonably necessary for Us to provide the Services in accordance with this Agreement. Subject to the limited licenses granted herein, We acquire no right, title or interest from You or Your licensors under this Agreement in or to any of Your Data, Non-DealerTeam Application or such program code.
License to Host Your Data and Applications. You grant us, our Affiliates and applicable contractors a worldwide, limited-term license to host, copy, transmit and display Your Data (including aggregated and statistical data derived from Your Data), and any Third Party Applications and program code created by or for you using a Service or for use by you with the Services, as reasonably necessary for us to provide the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

During the applicable Term, You grant Us, Our Affiliates and applicable contractors a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit and display Your Data, and any Non-RevenueWell Applications, as reasonably necessary for Us to provide the Services in accordance with this Agreement. Subject to the limited license granted above and the rights in Section 7.4, We acquire no right, title or interest from You or Your licensors under this Agreement in or to any of Your Data.

Subject to the limited licenses granted herein, We acquire no right, title or interest from You or Your licensors under this Agreement in or to any of Your Data, Non-SmartSimple Application or such program code. SmartSimple warranties that the hosting and back-up of Your Data will be in the hosting region as defined by the physical address of Your primary office location. SmartSimple cannot guarantee that Your Data will not be legitimately accessed from other geographical locations related to Your own internal business purposes or that Your Data will always be transmitted solely within your designated hosting and back-up region by Our Service Providers related to Their internal business purposes.
License to Host Your Data and Applications. You grant Us, Our Affiliates and applicable contractors a worldwide, limited-term license to host, copy, display and use any Non-SFDC Applications and program code created by or for You using a Service or for use by You with the Services, and Your Data, each as reasonably necessary for Us to provide, and ensure proper operation of, our Services and associated systems in accordance with this Agreement. Subject to the limited licenses granted herein, We acquire no right, title or interest from You or Your licensors under this Agreement in or to any of Your Data, Non-SFDC Application or such program code.
License to Host Your Data and Applications. You grant Us, Our Affiliates Cloud Services Providers, and applicable contractors rights to host, copy, transmit and display Your Data, and any Non-UDPaaS Applications and program code created by or for You using FedRAMP authorized Services reasonably necessary for Us to meet your contractual requirements in accordance with this Agreement and FedRAMP requirements. Subject to the limited licenses granted herein, We acquire no right, title or interest from You or Your licensors under this Agreement in order to safeguard your data. eTRANSERVICES warranties that the hosting and back-up of Your Data will be in the hosting region as defined or authorized by FedRAMP. UDPaaS cannot guarantee that Your Data will not be legitimately accessed from other geographical locations related to Your own internal business purposes or that Your Data will always be transmitted solely within your designated hosting and back-up region.
License to Host Your Data and Applications. During the applicable Term, You grant Us, Our Affiliates and applicable contractors a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit and display Your Data, and any Non-RevenueWell Applications, as reasonably necessary for Us to provide the Services in accordance with this Agreement. Subject to the limited license granted above and the rights in Section 6.3 (License to Use Feedback) below, We acquire no right, title or interest from You or Your licensors under this Agreement in, or to, any of Your Data. In addition, You grant Us a world-wide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, fully-paid-up, royalty free license to use, copy, distribute, and otherwise exploit statistical and other de- identified and aggregated data derived from Your Data and Your Users’ use of Services for Our business purposes.
License to Host Your Data and Applications. You agree that your use of the Services grants VM a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicense-able, transferrable license to host, copy, use, prepare derivative works of and display any of your content, data, intellectual property, in connection with and in order to fulfill VM’s duties and obligations to ensure the Services properly operate and function. Further, such license shall apply to any and all marketing and promotional materials of all or any portion of VM, its Software or Services, in and across any and all mediums and formats. Aside from the limited license provided to VM by You through this Section 7(b), VM acquires no right, title or interest from You or Your licensors under this Agreement in or to any of Your data.
License to Host Your Data and Applications. You grant Us, Our Affiliates and applicable contractors a worldwide, limited-term license to (a) collect, copy, use, stores, process, transmit, transfer, host, display and perform any operation on Your Data and program code created by or for You using a Service or for use by You with the Services), as reasonably necessary for Us to provide the Services in accordance with this Agreement which includes, without limitation, Your Data created: (i) by Enabled Devices, and/or associated network/cloud infrastructure/cloud platform and/or Application platform, that is used to collect, transmit, index, store, secure or retrieve Data, or to track and xxxx for Services; or, (ii) that is used by applications provided by Us or on behalf of Us by third parties (iii) that is generated by or on behalf of BBR to maintain, support and update the Services; and (b) copy, configure, modify (only if provided in source code), store, use, transmit, execute and perform any operation on any Software You make available to Us; in each case solely for the purpose of: (A) delivering, operating, maintaining, improving or updating the Services; (B) providing any technical support (i.e., troubleshooting aimed at preventing, detecting and repairing problems affecting the operation of the Services) that BBR in its sole discretion elects to make available; (C) Creating new Applications wherein Your Data is rendered anonymous; and (D) any other purpose permitted or required by any applicable law or regulation (each, an “Authorized Use”). Subject to the limited licenses granted herein, We acquire no right, title or interest from You under this Agreement in or to any of Your Data, Non-BBR Applications or such program code.
License to Host Your Data and Applications. You grant Us, Our Affiliates and applicable contractors a worldwide, limited-term license to host, copy, display and use any Non-CSA Applications and program code created by or for You using a Service or for use by You with the Services, and Your Data, each as reasonably necessary for Us to provide, and ensure proper operation of, our Services and associated systems in accordance with this Agreement. Subject to the limited licenses granted herein, We acquire noright, title or interest from You or Your licensors under this Agreement in or to any of Your Data, Non-CSA Application or such program code.
