Automatic Renewal of Subscriptions. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Purchase Order, all purchased Subscriptions shall automatically be renewed for a period equal to that of the expiring Subscription, unless either party gives the other notice of non-renewal not less than thirty (30) days prior to the schedule expiration date for the relevant Subscription Term. The per-unit pricing for any renewal term shall be the same as during the prior term unless the Network Operator shall have given Subscriber notice to the email address for the Subscriber Account that Subscriber has provided hereunder of any increase in pricing for Subscriptions not less than thirty (30) days prior to the end of such expiring Subscription, in which case the price increase shall be effective upon renewal and thereafter. Any such pricing increase shall not exceed ten percent (10%) over the pricing for the relevant Purchased ChargePoint Services in the prior term, unless the pricing for such expiring Subscription was designated in the applicable Purchase Order as promotional or a one-time offer.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BY PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION TO THE EXERCISE SERVICE, YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONVERT TO A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION AT THE END OF THE PREPAID SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, INSTALLMENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, OR INITIAL AMAZON SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT YOU WILL THEREAFTER BE CHARGED AT THE THEN-CURRENT MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE PLUS ANY APPLICABLE TAXES APPROXIMATELY EVERY THIRTY (30) DAY, UNLESS AND UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AS PROVIDED FOR IN SECTION 3.j.

IF WE CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN TO WHICH YOU SUBSCRIBE, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU IN ADVANCE OF SUCH PLAN TERMINATION. IF YOU DO NOT TERMINATE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PRIOR TO OUR TERMINATING A SUBSCRIPTION PLAN, THEN WE WILL RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT THE SUCCESSOR SUBSCRIPTION PLAN PRICE. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO KEEP YOUR PAYMENT METHOD CURRENT IN ORDER TO ENSURE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS TO THE SERVICE.
Automatic Renewal of Subscriptions. Your subscription to the Subscription Services will automatically renew at the end of each Subscription Term. On the subscription renewal date, Xxxx Group, Inc. will automatically charge your payment card for the next Subscription Term ("Billing Date"). You can find your Billing Date in the "Your Subscriptions" area of the Xxxx Group, Inc. store. You may also terminate the auto-renewal of your subscription with 30 days written notice prior to the end of the Subscription Service. You will have access to the Subscription Services until the end of your then-current Subscription Term.
