Reporting Functionality. The following reporting functionality will be required:- -„real time‟ instant access to data -Able to provide instant management information reports directly to the designated company‟s contract manager without requesting it from the supplier each time -Management information reports should be able to be produced quickly and efficiently with the company‟s designated contracts manager able to draw down a number of reports by setting criteria as appropriate to produce. -Examples of the types of management information reports likely to be required are detailed below. The list of examples is not exhaustive and the system should be flexible to allow the production of bespoke reports by setting specific criteria dependent upon company requirements.
