Licensee Assistance. Licensee will provide RedSeal with information in Licensee’s possession as reasonably necessary to allow RedSeal to duplicate the Error.
Licensee Assistance. In the event the Services are provided on Customer’s premises, Customer shall provide safe and adequate space, power, network connections, materials, access to its hardware, software and other equipment and information, and assistance from qualified personnel familiar with Customer’s hardware, software, other equipment and information, and data processing requirements, as reasonably requested by Nuix. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Xxxx’s ability to successfully provide the Services in a timely manner is contingent upon its receipt from Customer of the materials, information, and assistance requested. Nuix shall have no liability for deficiencies in the Services resulting from the acts or omissions of Customer, its agents or employees.
Licensee Assistance. Licensee agrees to provide QUADIENT reasonable access to all necessary personnel to answer questions or resolve problems reported by Licensee regarding the Products. Licensee also agrees to implement all Updates provided by QUADIENT under this Agreement within a reasonable time, which means no longer than 12 months after the commercial release by QUADIENT. If the new release is necessary to resolve an existing problem, Licensee agrees to implement such re-lease as soon as possible. As long as QUADIENT offers a new release and Licensee does not implement such release, QUADIENT has no obligation with regard to the problem resolved by the new release.
Licensee Assistance. Licensee shall, on request, give MISMO or its authorized representative any information as to its use of the Certified Marks which MISMO may reasonably request and will render any (non-monetary) assistance reasonably required by MISMO in maintaining the application, registrations, and/or common law rights in the Compliance Certification Marks. In addition, Licensee will immediately notify MISMO in writing if Licensee becomes aware of any unauthorized use, or proposed unauthorized use, by any individual or entity of any MISMO Intellectual Property, including the Compliance Certification Marks.
Licensee Assistance. Licensee agrees to provide GMC reasonable access to Licensee personnel authorized to answer questions or resolve problems reported by Licensee regarding the Products. Licensee also agrees to implement all Updates and Upgrades provided by GMC under this Maintenance Agreement within a reasonable time which means no longer than twelve (12) months after the commercial release by GMC. If the new release is necessary to resolve an existing problem, Licensee agrees to implement such release as soon as reasonably possible. When GMC offers a new release and Licensee does not implement such release, GMC has no obligation with regard to the problem resolved by the new release.
Licensee Assistance. SOUTHWALL shall provide reasonable marketing and product management assistance, including making available a SOUTHWALL employee (the "Product Manager/Engineer") knowledgeable in the performance and applications of the Product. The Product Manager/Engineer will be 100% dedicated to the business activities of the LICENSEE. The Product Manager/Engineer will be located in Tempe, Arizona (or other suitable location mutually agreed to by SOUTHWALL and LICENSEE). If the Product Manager/Engineer's employment with SOUTHWALL terminates or is terminated (for any reason), SOUTHWALL shall use commercially reasonable efforts to replace the Product Manager/Engineer promptly with a person of reasonably equivalent or superior abilities and credentials.

Customer acknowledges and agrees that Nuix’s ability to successfully provide the Services in a timely manner is contingent upon its receipt from Customer of the materials, information, and assistance requested. Nuix shall have no liability for deficiencies in the Services resulting from the acts or omissions of Customer, its agents or employees.
Licensee Assistance. Licensee shall assist Inpher with the determination and resolution of problems associated with the Beta Platform, which may include collecting and furnishing data to Inpher.
