Transit Traffic The following rates will apply:
Tandem Transit Traffic 12.1 As used in this Section, Tandem Transit Traffic is Telephone Exchange Service traffic that originates on CBB's network, and is transported through Verizon’s Tandem to the subtending End Office or its equivalent of another carrier (CLEC, ILEC other than Verizon, Commercial Mobile Radio Service (CMRS) carrier, or other LEC (“Other Carrier”). Neither the originating nor terminating customer is a Customer of Verizon. Subtending End Offices shall be determined in accordance with and as identified in the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG). Switched Exchange Access Service traffic is not Tandem Transit Traffic.
Direct Trunked Transport 7.3.2.1 Either Party may elect to purchase direct trunked transport from the other Party.
RAIN GEAR Management will provide rain gear to employees in the classifications listed below who are required to work outside in inclement weather as a normal part of their job duties. Management shall replace such gear when no longer serviceable. Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):
Brakes Master cylinder, wheel cylinders, hydraulic lines and fittings, power booster and brake callipers. Excludes linings, pads, drums and discs.
Engine A. Any internal repairs or replacement of internal components, or replacement of engine assembly.
Landings After landings have served Purchaser’s purpose, Purchaser shall ditch and slope them to permit water to drain or spread. Unless agreed otherwise, cut and fill banks around landings shall be sloped to remove overhangs and otherwise minimize ero- sion.
One-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.3.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from PCS to Verizon, PCS, at PCS’s own expense, shall:
Light Duty Where the injured employee's treating physician authorized by the County recommends light-duty assignment, it will be the responsibility of the appointing authority to arrange suitable light duty. Department of Human Resources may provide staff technical assistance to find a suitable light-duty assignment, one which accommodates the particular restrictions provided by the treating physician.
