ROAD DIMENSIONS Purchaser shall perform road work in accordance with the dimensions shown on the TYPICAL SECTION SHEET and the specifications within this road plan.
Geometric visibility The visibility of the illuminating surface, including its visibility in areas which do not appear to be illuminated in the direction of observation considered, shall be ensured within a divergent space defined by generating lines based on the perimeter of the illuminating surface and forming an angle of not less than 5° with the axis of reference of the headlamp. Catalog Information about Community Regional Medical Center – Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program (CRMC-DMSP) is published in a school catalog that contains a description of certain policies, procedures, and other information about the school. CRMC-DMSP reserves the right to change any provision of the catalog at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated in a revised catalog, an addendum or supplement to the catalog, or other written format. Students are expected to read and be familiar with the information contained in the school catalog, in any revisions, supplements and addenda to the catalog, and with all school policies. By enrolling in CRMC-DMSP, the Student agrees to abide by the terms stated in the catalog and all school policies.
Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

Celsius 43 cents per hour extra; in excess of 54 Celsius 58 cents per hour extra. Where work continues for more than two hours in temperatures exceeding 54 Celsius, employees shall be entitled to 20 minutes rest after every two hours work without deduction of pay. The temperature shall be determined by the supervisor after consultation with the employees who claim the extra rate.
Measurements and Dimensions Before ordering material or doing work that is dependent upon coordination with building conditions, the Contractor shall verify all dimensions, elevations, grades, and pitch by taking measurements at the building and shall be responsible for the correctness of same. Any discrepancies between the drawings and/or specifications and the existing conditions shall be referred to the Design Professional for additional instructions before any work affected thereby is begun.
Rubric The rubrics are a scoring tool used for the Educator’s self-assessment, the formative assessment, the formative evaluation and the summative evaluation. The districts may use either the rubrics provided by ESE or comparably rigorous and comprehensive rubrics developed or adopted by the district and reviewed by ESE.
