Limitation of Hours Worked. The Contractor, by and through the Constable, Precinct 4, should voluntarily reduce the hours and number of law enforcement personnel when crowds are down due to weather and other factors. In addition, the WORD liaison listed in section 7.01 or his designee may reduce the hours and number of law enforcement personnel at his discretion.
