LIMITATIONS ON END USER RIGHTS. You shall not distribute, sublicense, rent, loan, lease, export, re-export, resell, ship or divert or cause to be exported, re-exported, resold, shipped or diverted, directly or indirectly, the unmodified Software under this Agreement. You shall not, and shall not permit others to: (i) combine the Software including any Sample or Source Code, in whole or in part, with any Open Source Software having license terms and obligations that include copyleft obligations and/or intellectual property encumbrances; (ii) remove any proprietary notices, marks, labels, or logos from the Software; (iii) rent or transfer all or some of the Software to any other party without Zebra’s prior written consent; or (iv) utilize any computer software or hardware which is designed to defeat any copy protection device, should the Software be equipped with such a protection device.
LIMITATIONS ON END USER RIGHTS. You agree that only Nureva has the right to enhance, or otherwise modify, the Software. You have no rights to any source code for the Software. You agree not to, or cause or permit, directly or indirectly, the modification, disassembly, recompilation, or reverse engineering of the Software or any part thereof, or otherwise gain or attempt to gain access to the source code of the Software. You agree not to create derivative works or cause or permit others, direct- ly or indirectly, to create derivative works based upon the Software. The Software is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated. Except as provided under section 5 of this Agreement, under no circumstances shall you sell, license, sub-license, publish, display, distribute, rent, lease, assign, or otherwise transfer to a third party the Software or any copy of it, in whole or in part.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or algorithms of, the Software (except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law not withstanding this limitation), or modify, or disable any features of, the Software, or create derivative works based on the Software. You may not rent, lease, lend, sublicense or provide commercial hosting services with the Software.
LIMITATIONS ON END USER RIGHTS. Licensee will not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, techniques, processes, algorithms, know-how or other information from the binary code portions of the ADROIT Software (collectively, "Reverse Engineering") or permit or induce the foregoing. If however, directly applicable law prohibits enforcement of the foregoing, Licensee may engage in Reverse Engineering solely for purposes of obtaining such information as is necessary to achieve interoperability of independently created software with the ADROIT Software, or as otherwise and to the limited extent permitted by directly applicable law, but only if: (a) Reverse Engineering is strictly necessary to obtain such information; and (b) Licensee has first requested such information from GJ and GJ failed to make such information available (for a fee or otherwise) under reasonable terms and conditions. Any information supplied to or obtained by Licensee under this section is confidential information of ADROIT subject to the obligations of the non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement (“NDA”), may only be used by Licensee for the purpose described in this XXXX, and will not be disclosed to any third party or used to create any software which is substantially similar to the expression of GJ or its affiliates.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or algorithms of, the Neuron Services (except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law not withstanding this limitation), or modify, or disable any features of, the Neuron Services, or create derivative works based on the Neuron Services. You may not rent, lease, lend, or sublicense any rights you may have in the Neuron Services or provide commercial hosting services with the Neuron Services, including the Installed Client.
