LIMITATIONS ON END USER RIGHTS. You shall not distribute, sublicense, rent, loan, lease, export, re-export, resell, ship or divert or cause to be exported, re-exported, resold, shipped or diverted, directly or indirectly, the unmodified Software under this Agreement. You shall not, and shall not permit others to: (i) combine the Software including any Sample or Source Code, in whole or in part, with any Open Source Software having license terms and obligations that include copyleft obligations and/or intellectual property encumbrances; (ii) remove any proprietary notices, marks, labels, or logos from the Software; (iii) rent or transfer all or some of the Software to any other party without Zebra’s prior written consent; or (iv) utilize any computer software or hardware which is designed to defeat any copy protection device, should the Software be equipped with such a protection device.
LIMITATIONS ON END USER RIGHTS. You agree that only Nureva has the right to enhance, or otherwise modify, the Software. You have no rights to any source code for the Software. You agree not to, or cause or permit, directly or indirectly, the modification, disassembly, recompilation, or reverse engineering of the Software or any part thereof, or otherwise gain or attempt to gain access to the source code of the Software. You agree not to create derivative works or cause or permit others, direct- ly or indirectly, to create derivative works based upon the Software. The Software is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated. Except as provided under section 5 of this Agreement, under no circumstances shall you sell, license, sub-license, publish, display, distribute, rent, lease, assign, or otherwise transfer to a third party the Software or any copy of it, in whole or in part.
LIMITATIONS ON END USER RIGHTS. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or algorithms of, the Software (except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law not withstanding this limitation), or modify, or disable any features of, the Software, or create derivative works based on the Software. You may not rent, lease, lend, sublicense or provide commercial hosting services with the Software.
LIMITATIONS ON END USER RIGHTS. (a) You may not use (other than as expressly permitted for the Purpose), modify, translate, reproduce, or transfer the right to use the Software or copy the Software. You may not use the Software for any reason other than the Purpose.
(b) You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, transfer, disclose or lend the Software to any third party.
(c) You may not reverse engineer, reverse compile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software (except to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited by law) or create derivative works based on the Software.
(d) Unless stated otherwise in the Documentation, You shall not display, modify, reproduce, or distribute any of the Stock Files included with the Software. In the event that the Documentation allows You to display the Stock Files, You shall not distribute the Stock Files on a stand-alone basis, i.e., in circumstances in which the Stock Files constitute the primary value of the product being distributed. You should review the "Readme" files associated with the Stock Files that You use to ascertain what rights You have with respect to such materials. Stock Files may not be used in the production of libelous, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, lewd, obscene, or pornographic material or in any otherwise illegal manner. You may not register or claim any rights in the Stock Files or derivative works thereof.
(e) You agree that You shall only use the Software in a manner that complies with all applicable laws in the jurisdiction in which You use the Software, including, but not limited to, applicable restrictions concerning copyright and other intellectual property rights.
(f) Nothing contained herein is intended to or shall constitute a sale, transfer, conveyance, lease, or license of any intellectual property rights of KWH and/or its licensors, either expressly or by implication, estoppel or otherwise.
LIMITATIONS ON END USER RIGHTS. You may not copy, distribute, or make derivative works of the Software or the database except as follows
a. You may not use, modify, translate, reproduce or transfer the right to use the Software or copy the Software except as expressly provided in this agreement.
b. You may not resell, sub license, rent, lease or lend the Software unless with prior agreement with Jelly Software
c. You may not reverse engineer, reverse compile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software (except to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited by law) or create derivative works based on the Software.
d. You must not send copies of the Jellyzone database to any third parties without our explicit consent nor attempt to decrypt it.
f. Unless stated otherwise in the Documentation, you shall not display, modify, reproduce or distribute any of the Documentation or reproduce any screen shots included with the Software for other third parties.
LIMITATIONS ON END USER RIGHTS. 3.1. You are prohibited and You agree not to do the following under any circumstances:
3.1.1 Sell, rent or in any other way transfer copies of the Software to third parties and/or act as an intermediary regarding the services provided within the framework of the Software between SEC "SCANER" LLC and third parties. Third Party means any other natural and/or legal entity other than You as the End User;
3.1.2 copy, modify, translate into other languages, reverse engineer, decompile, extract the source code, fully or partially analyze the source code (disassembly), reduce the Software and/or any Software files that are part of the Software, independently or with the involvement of third parties, as well as carry out any other manipulations with Software files to discover their formulas, algorithms, sequences, etc.;
3.1.3 alter or cause to be altered any Software files constituting the Software, including changing file names, through and/or as a result of Your actions;
3.1.4 remove, alter, obscure any notices or labels from the Software or Software files, including copyright attributes and copyright notices;
3.1.5 use any other unauthorized software that can interact with the Software, automation programs or any third-party programs that can intercept data and cause damage to the Software and/or the Licensor and/or third parties.
LIMITATIONS ON END USER RIGHTS. You agree that only VHD has the right to enhance, or otherwise modify, the Software. You have no rights to any source code for the Software. You agree not to, or cause or permit, directly or indirectly, the modification, disassembly, recompilation, or reverse engineering of the Software or any part thereof, or otherwise gain or attempt to gain access to the source code of the Software. You agree not to create derivative works or cause or permit others, directly or indirectly, to create derivative works based upon the Software. The Software is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated. Under no circumstances shall you sell, license, sub-license, publish, display, distribute, rent, lease, assign, or otherwise transfer to a third party the Software or any copy of it, in whole or in part. The provisions of this section are subject to sections 5 and 6 of this Agreement.

a. You may not use, modify, translate, reproduce or transfer the right to use the Software or copy the Software except as expressly provided in this agreement.
b. You may not resell, sub license, rent, lease or lend the Software unless with prior agreement with Jelly Software
c. You may not reverse engineer, reverse compile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software (except to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited by law) or create derivative works based on the Software.
f. Unless stated otherwise in the Documentation, you shall not display, modify, reproduce or distribute any of the Documentation or reproduce any screen shots included with the Software for other third parties.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or algorithms of, the Neuron Services (except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law not withstanding this limitation), or modify, or disable any features of, the Neuron Services, or create derivative works based on the Neuron Services. You may not rent, lease, lend, or sublicense any rights you may have in the Neuron Services or provide commercial hosting services with the Neuron Services, including the Installed Client.
LIMITATIONS ON END USER RIGHTS. Licensee may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or algorithms of, the Software or modify, or disable any features of, the Software, or create derivative works based on the Software. Licensee may not rent, lease, lend, sublicense or provide commercial hosting services with the Software.
