LIMITED LICENSE TO ENTER. Supplier and its subcontractors shall have a limited license to enter the Facility for the sole purpose of off-loading Waste at an area designated, and in the manner directed, by Owner. The Supplier shall, and shall ensure that its subcontractors, comply with all rules and regulations of the Facility, including those relating to the use and operation of the Facility and conduct of persons on the premises of the Facility, as the same may be amended by Owner from time to time. Owner may deny the Supplier or its subcontractors entry to the Facility in the event of the Supplier’s or its subcontractors’ failure to follow such rules and regulations.

LIMITED LICENSE TO ENTER. When Customer is transporting Material to a facility operated by Contractor, Customer and its subcontractors shall have a limited license to enter that facility for the sole purpose of unloading the Material at such facility in the manner directed by Contractor. Customer shall comply, and ensure that its subcontractors comply, with all rules, regulations and requirements of the facility, as shall then be in effect. Contractor may reject Material, deny Customer or its subcontractors entry to the facility and/or terminate this Agreement in the event of the failure by Customer or its subcontractors to follow such rules, regulations and requirements.

Under no circumstances shall City or its personnel engage in scavenging of waste at the facility. WMDSC may refuse to accept waste from, and shall deny an entrance license to, any of City's personnel who WMDSC believes is under the influence of alcohol or other chemical substance.

Except in an emergency, Agent’s personnel shall not leave the immediate vicinity of their vehicle. After off-loading the Waste, Agent’s personnel shall promptly leave the Facility. Under no circumstances shall Agent or its personnel engage in any scavenging of Waste or other materials at the Facility. Service Provider reserves the right to make and enforce reasonable rules and regulations concerning the operation of the Facility, the conduct of the drivers and others on the Facility premises, quantities and sources of Waste, and any other matters necessary or desirable for the safe, legal and efficient operation of the Facility including, but not limited to, speed limits on haul roads imposed by Service Provider, and the wearing of hard hats and other personal protection equipment by all individuals allowed on the Facility premises. Agent agrees to conform to such rules and regulations as they may be established and amended from time to time. Service Provider may refuse to accept Waste from and shall deny an entrance license to, any of Agent’s personnel whom Service Provider believes is under the influence of alcohol or other chemical substances. Agent shall be solely responsible for its employees and subcontractors performing their obligations in a safe manner when at the facility of Service Provider.

Service Provider reserves the right to make, maintain, modify and enforce reasonable rules and regulations concerning the operation of the Facility, the conduct of the drivers and others on the Facility premises, quantities and sources of waste, and any other matters necessary or desirable for the safe, legal and efficient operation of the Facility including, but not limited to, speed limits on haul roads imposed by Service Provider, and the wearing of hard hats and other personal protection equipment by all individuals allowed on the Facility premises. Customer and its subcontractors shall conform to and comply with all such rules and regulations as they may be established and amended from time to time and failure to do so may result in Service Provider immediately terminating this Agreement in its sole discretion. Service Provider may refuse to accept Acceptable Waste from and shall deny an entrance license to any personnel of Customer or any Customer subcontractor whom Service Provider believes is under the influence of alcohol or other chemical substances. Customer shall be solely responsible for its employees and subcontractors performing in a safe manner when at the facility of Service Provider and in full compliance with all laws, ordinances, rules, permits and regulations, including but not limited to those issued by or relating to the DOT, EPA and OSHA.
LIMITED LICENSE TO ENTER. 10.1 When the Client is delivering Waste to a Contractors Site, the Client and its sub-contractors shall have a limited license to enter that facility for the sole purpose of offloading Waste at an area designated, and in the manner directed, by the Contractor.

City shall, and shall ensure that its agents, assignees, and subcontractors, comply in all material respects with all rules and regulations of the WM Facility, including those relating to the use and operation of the WM Facility and conduct of persons on the premises of the WM Facility, as the same may be amended by WM from time to time. WM may reject Recyclables, deny City or its agents, assignees and subcontractors entry to the WM Facility and/or terminate this Agreement, subject to Section 10 hereof, in the event of City’s or its agents, assignees or subcontractors’ failure to follow such rules and regulations.
