LIMITED LICENSE TO ENTER. Supplier and its subcontractors shall have a limited license to enter the Facility for the sole purpose of off-loading Waste at an area designated, and in the manner directed, by Owner. The Supplier shall, and shall ensure that its subcontractors, comply with all rules and regulations of the Facility, including those relating to the use and operation of the Facility and conduct of persons on the premises of the Facility, as the same may be amended by Owner from time to time. Owner may deny the Supplier or its subcontractors entry to the Facility in the event of the Supplier’s or its subcontractors’ failure to follow such rules and regulations.

LIMITED LICENSE TO ENTER. When Customer is transporting Material to a facility operated by Contractor, Customer and its subcontractors shall have a limited license to enter that facility for the sole purpose of unloading the Material at such facility in the manner directed by Contractor. Customer shall comply, and ensure that its subcontractors comply, with all rules, regulations and requirements of the facility, as shall then be in effect. Contractor may reject Material, deny Customer or its subcontractors entry to the facility and/or terminate this Agreement in the event of the failure by Customer or its subcontractors to follow such rules, regulations and requirements.

Except in an emergency, or at the express direction of WMDSC, City personnel shall promptly leave the facility. Under no circumstances shall City or its personnel engage in scavenging of waste at the facility. WMDSC may refuse to accept waste from, and shall deny an entrance license to, any of City's personnel who WMDSC believes is under the influence of alcohol or other chemical substance.
LIMITED LICENSE TO ENTER. 10.1 When the Client is delivering Waste to a Contractors Site, the Client and its sub-contractors shall have a limited license to enter that facility for the sole purpose of offloading Waste at an area designated, and in the manner directed, by the Contractor. 10.2 The Client shall comply with and ensure that its sub-contractors comply with, all rules and regulations of the Contractors Site, as may be communicated by the Contactor from time to time. 10.3 The Contractor may reject any Waste, deny entry to the Contractors Site of the Client or its subcontractors, and/or terminate this Agreement in the event of that the Client or its sub-contractors fail to follow such rules or regulation.
LIMITED LICENSE TO ENTER. City and its agents, assignees and subcontractors shall have a limited license to enter the WM Facility for the sole purpose of off- loading Recyclables at an area designated, and in the manner directed, by WM. City shall, and shall ensure that its agents, assignees, and subcontractors, comply in all material respects with all rules and regulations of the WM Facility, including those relating to the use and operation of the WM Facility and conduct of persons on the premises of the WM Facility, as the same may be amended by WM from time to time. WM may reject Recyclables, deny City or its agents, assignees and subcontractors entry to the WM Facility and/or terminate this Agreement, subject to Section 10 hereof, in the event of City’s or its agents, assignees or subcontractors’ failure to follow such rules and regulations.

Except in an emergency, Agent’s personnel shall not leave the immediate vicinity of their vehicle. After off-loading the Waste, Agent’s personnel shall promptly leave the Facility. Under no circumstances shall Agent or its personnel engage in any scavenging of Waste or other materials at the Facility. Service Provider reserves the right to make and enforce reasonable rules and regulations concerning the operation of the Facility, the conduct of the drivers and others on the Facility premises, quantities and sources of Waste, and any other matters necessary or desirable for the safe, legal and efficient operation of the Facility including, but not limited to, speed limits on haul roads imposed by Service Provider, and the wearing of hard hats and other personal protection equipment by all individuals allowed on the Facility premises. Agent agrees to conform to such rules and regulations as they may be established and amended from time to time. Service Provider may refuse to accept Waste from and shall deny an entrance license to, any of Agent’s personnel whom Service Provider believes is under the influence of alcohol or other chemical substances. Agent shall be solely responsible for its employees and subcontractors performing their obligations in a safe manner when at the facility of Service Provider.

Service Provider reserves the right to make, maintain, modify and enforce reasonable rules and regulations concerning the operation of the Facility, the conduct of the drivers and others on the Facility premises, quantities and sources of waste, and any other matters necessary or desirable for the safe, legal and efficient operation of the Facility including, but not limited to, speed limits on haul roads imposed by Service Provider, and the wearing of hard hats and other personal protection equipment by all individuals allowed on the Facility premises. Customer and its subcontractors shall conform to and comply with all such rules and regulations as they may be established and amended from time to time and failure to do so may result in Service Provider immediately terminating this Agreement in its sole discretion. Service Provider may refuse to accept Acceptable Waste from and shall deny an entrance license to any personnel of Customer or any Customer subcontractor whom Service Provider believes is under the influence of alcohol or other chemical substances. Customer shall be solely responsible for its employees and subcontractors performing in a safe manner when at the facility of Service Provider and in full compliance with all laws, ordinances, rules, permits and regulations, including but not limited to those issued by or relating to the DOT, EPA and OSHA.
LIMITED LICENSE TO ENTER. When a Customer is transporting In- dustrial Waste to a Company facility, Customer and its subcontractors shall have a limited license to enter a disposal facility for the sole purpose of off- loading Industrial Waste at an area designated, and in the manner directed, by Company. Customer shall, and shall ensure that its subcontractors, com- ply with all rules and regulations of the facility, as amended. Company may reject Industrial Waste, deny Customer or its subcontractors entry to its facil- ity and/or terminate this Agreement in the event of Customer’s or its subcon- tractors’ failure to follow such rules and regulations.

  • Limited License Subject to the terms and conditions of this PLLA and applicable Open Source Terms (as defined hereafter) and during the term of this PLLA, ST hereby grants You under intellectual property rights owned by ST and its Affiliates or under which ST and its Affiliates has the right to grant a license, a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license, without the right to sub-license (except as expressly stipulated herein or authorized in writing by an authorized representative of ST): (i) to use, reproduce and modify (to the extent delivered to You in source code) the Licensed Materials for the sole purpose of and to the extent necessary to create a software or hardware application (“Licensee Product”) embedding the Licensed Materials, provided always that the Licensed Materials execute solely and exclusively on, or in conjunction with an integrated circuit manufactured by or for ST or its Affiliates (“ST Product”); (ii) to distribute the Licensed Materials to third parties in the same code form only as delivered to You by ST and only as embedded in the Licensee Product (and not as a standalone product) provided always that the Licensed Materials execute solely and exclusively on, or in conjunction with ST Product and grant such third parties sublicenses of the rights granted to You in subsections 1 (i) and (ii). You will enter into an agreement with such third parties which limit use of the Licensed Materials to no more than is allowed for under this PLLA. Upon request, You shall provide ST with requested contact information of third parties to whom you distributed the Licensed Materials and confirm in writing that such agreements with such third parties are in place. (iii) to use the Documentation solely to support and exercise the rights granted under this article 1 and to copy, modify and/or create derivative works from the Documentation, but only for the purpose of creating technically accurate subsets and supersets thereof or by translating it into other languages or otherwise creating technically accurate localized versions thereof – and distributing such Documentation and modifications and/or derivative works only with Licensee Product. Subject to all limitations described herein, You are authorized to have third party contractors exercise for You and on your behalf the license rights as set forth above. You are fully responsible vis-à-vis ST for any act or omission of Your contractors and any breach by Your contractors shall be deemed a breach by You hereunder. You acknowledge that the Licensed Materials have not been specifically designed to meet your individual requirements and that You have all information necessary to evaluate whether the Licensed Materials meet your requirements or not, and will be suitable for your intended use or application.
