Haul Roads. Temporary paths/roads leading to and from respective borrow areas including any nalla/stream crossings to the site of canal where the materials / soil are required to the deposited shall be constructed and maintained by the contractor at his own cost.
Haul Roads. 34. Until final acceptance and assumption of the Phase II Works by a by-law of the Municipality, as contemplated by section 58, the Subdivider shall, for the purpose of minimizing or eliminating danger of damage or inconvenience, direct all or certain construction vehicles or equipment associated with the construction of the Phase 2 Works or related building construction along such streets as are specified by the Municipal Engineer or, when directed by the Municipal Engineer, along such temporary construction roads as are to be constructed and maintained by the Subdivider.
Haul Roads. CRNF will provide and maintain adequate roads in or on its property reasonably sufficient for Savage to haul Coke, slag, fluxant and other materials pursuant to this Agreement.
Haul Roads. Prior to commencing Project construction activities, the Developer agrees to consult with and receive input, and approval from the County Engineer regarding the Haul Roads to be used for the Project. Xxxxxxxx X-0 shall indicate the Haul Roads to be used during the construction of the Project based on its consultations with the County Engineer. The Parties expect that Hauling Activities will occur both within and outside the Project Area. While Hauling Activities are in progress, the County shall maintain Haul Roads, based on the normal maintenance activities for similar roads within the County. If the condition of a Haul Road deteriorates as a result of the increased loading caused by the Project, despite the normal maintenance activities of the County, the County Engineer will determine the permissible weights of vehicles in accordance with Minn. Stat.§ 169.87. If Haul Roads are damaged by the loads generated by the Project, the Developer and County Engineer shall meet to agree upon necessary repairs. Developer shall implement such repairs at its own cost, unless it requests the County make such repairs, in which case Developer shall reimburse the County for all reasonable costs for such repairs. The Developer may choose to include any Haul Road outside the Project Area as a Designated Road. If Developer elects to include a Haul Road as a Designated Road, the requirements of this Road Use and Repair Agreement pertaining to Designated Roads shall then apply to such roads.

Until final acceptance and assumption of the Phase III Works by a by-law of the Municipality, as contemplated by paragraph 51, the Subdivider shall, for the purpose of minimizing or eliminating danger of damage or inconvenience, direct all or certain construction vehicles or equipment associated with the construction of the Phase III Works or related building construction along such streets as are specified by the Municipal Engineer or, when directed by the Municipal Engineer, along such temporary construction roads as are to be constructed and maintained by the Subdivider. Haul Roads. Farmland shall provide adequate roads for Banks to haul Coke, slag, fluxant and other materials (“Materials”) pursuant to this Agreement. Banks shall be responsible for normal maintenance of roads pursuant to this Agreement. Farmland will provide suitable materials for maintenance of the roads.
Haul Roads. In order to meet the National and Nebraska Ambient Air Quality Standards as determined by dispersion modeling, PVFE is requesting that the new construction permit include a limit on the truck shipments of final denatured ethanol product to 50% of the total production Therefore, overall fugitive particulate emissions from the haul roads have been reduced.
Haul Roads. Prior to commencing Project construction activities, the Developer agrees to consult with and receive input from the County Engineer regarding the transportation and haul route(s) to be used for the Project.
Haul Roads. 33. Until final acceptance of the Site Development Works, as contemplated by section 48 of this Agreement, the Developer shall, for the purpose of minimizing or eliminating danger of damage or inconvenience, direct all or certain construction vehicles or equipment associated with the construction of the Site Development Works or related building construction along such streets as are specified by the Municipal Engineer or, when directed by the Municipal Engineer, along such temporary construction roads as are to be constructed and maintained by the Developer. Construction activities shall minimize or eliminate danger of damage or inconvenience to vehicles using any of the abutting roads.
Haul Roads. The maintenance and restoration of all haul roads required for this contract shall be the responsibility of the Contractor and no additional payment will be made.
