Limited Right to Withdraw for a Member. No Member shall have the right to withdraw from the Company or to receive a return of any of its contributions to the Company until the Company is terminated and its affairs wound up, according to the DLLCA and the Agreement, unless otherwise approved by the Manager.

  • Dissociation of a Member The withdrawal, resignation, retirement, disability, expulsion, or bankruptcy of a member will terminate the membership of the member in the Company. Such a member will be deemed a “dissociated member.”
