Common use of Limited-Term Employee Clause in Contracts

Limited-Term Employee. It is understood and agreed by and between the Employer and the Union that in addition to fully-benefited employees, the bargaining unit shall include Limited Term Employees (LTE) hired as Inspectors and/or Plans Examiners. This category of employees shall be consistent with Bellevue City Council Ordinance No.6153, as signed March 3, 2014, establishing the category of Fixed Term Employee except as modified herein.

Limited-Term Employee. It is understood and agreed by and between the Employer and the Union that in addition to regular full-time fully-benefited employees, the bargaining unit shall include Limited Term Employees (LTE) hired as Inspectors and/or Plans ExaminersReview and Inspection Supervisors. This category of employees shall be consistent with Bellevue City Council Ordinance No.6153No. 6153, as signed signed, March 3, 2014, establishing the category of Fixed Term Employee except as modified herein.
