Common use of Limited-Term Supervisor Clause in Contracts

Limited-Term Supervisor. A person who accepts a limited-term appointment as defined in Section 7.7(f) of the Civil Service Commission Rules. A limited-term supervisor is a temporary supervisor for purposes of this article. However, a permanent supervisor appointed to a limited-term position shall have return rights, within the same department, from the limited-term position to the permanent position.
