Limited Use of Confidential Information. No party shall use any other party's confidential information for any purpose other than to perform its obligations under this Agreement and you shall procure that any Authorised Third Parties comply with this requirement.
Limited Use of Confidential Information. The parties agree to use the Confidential Information received hereunder solely for the purpose of a potential business cooperation between the parties. The Recipient agrees to use the Confidential Information only to the extent necessary to engage in such discussions.

Participants may internally use the Confidential Information of a Discloser properly obtained hereunder for lawful purposes in connection with the Testing, provided that the Participant shall maintain the Discloser’s Confidential Information in confidence. Participants shall not disclose Confidential Information of the Discloser to any person or entity other than Participant’s: (a) officers and employees on a need to know basis and who are informed of the confidential nature of the Confidential Information, and who shall agree to act in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement; and (b) consultants who need access to such Confidential Information for the sole purpose of testing the interoperability of that Participant’s products with other Participants’ products in connection with the Testing, who agree to restrict use of such Confidential Information only for such purpose, and who are informed of the confidential nature of the Confidential Information, and who shall agree to act in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Participants agree not to reverse engineer, de-compile or disassemble any Confidential Information. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ATIS anticipates that information regarding the results of the Testing may be used by ATIS and its Testbeds Focus Group to inform the development of technical or operational standards. Without the prior written approval of Discloser, no data will be disclosed in any ATIS standard that identifies an individual Participant’s results by Participant name or other Confidential Information. Participants are not required to restrict work assignments of authorized representatives who have had access to the Confidential Information. Notwithstanding the forgoing, this section shall not be deemed to grant Participants any express or implied license under the Disclosure’s trademarks, copyrights or patents.
Limited Use of Confidential Information. Each party agrees to limit access to Confidential Information to employees and agents having a need to know and to protect Confidential Information to the same extent as it protects its own trade secrets.

Each Party agrees that it will not in any manner, directly or indirectly, use or otherwise employ all or any portion of the Confidential Information except in furtherance of the negotiations between the Parties or any future business relationships between the Parties, and specifically, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, that it will not use or otherwise employ all or any portion of the Confidential Information for any independent business endeavor.
Limited Use of Confidential Information. The Parties understand and agree that the Confidential Information will be used exclusively for the purposes of negotiating potential agreements for one or more FCR projects. The Parties understand and agree that they may receive analysis or other work product from Professionals for the limited purposes of considering and negotiating potential agreements associated with the FCR projects. Parties agree to keep any such analysis or work product marked "Proprietary" or "Confidential" by the Professionals or other Parties, in the strictest confidence and treat confidentially and in accordance with Section 7 below any analysis or work product marked "Proprietary" or "Confidential." The Parties expressly acknowledge and agree that they will not use Confidential Information to negotiate or facilitate any commercial agreements with any FCR RFO respondents prior to CC Power's release of the FCR RFO project. Each Party to this Agreement is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and appropriate use of the Confidential Information to at least the same degree of care that the Party would protect its own confidential information.

Limited Use of Confidential Information. Confidential Information disclosed under this Agreement shall be used solely and exclusively by the Recipient in relation to and for the purposes set forth in this Agreement. Only those employees, officers, agents, consultants, hereinafter referred to as the “Representatives” under the direct authority and control of the Recipient who are reasonably required to accomplish the intent and purpose of a business together may review or use the Confidential Information. The Recipient shall disclose to all Representatives receiving Confidential Information that the Confidential Information is the property of Company and is confidential in nature, and the Recipient shall ensure that such Representatives are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations in relation to the Confidential Information as those set out in this Agreement. The Recipient shall be jointly and severally liable for any impermissible use of the Confidential Information by any Representative to whom it has provided Confidential Information. Neither the Recipient nor any Representative will acquire any rights in the Confidential Information of Company, except the limited right to use the Confidential Information in accordance with this Agreement.

Subject to the exceptions in Paragraph 5, You agree to use the Confidential Information received hereunder solely for the purpose of performance of services for Snagajob and its customers (the "Purpose"). You agree to use the Confidential Information only to the extent necessary to achieve the Purpose.
Limited Use of Confidential Information. I agree to discuss with treatment providers and team members my alcohol and drug use. I understand that any confidential information, or statements relating to my use of alcohol or drugs made by me to a member of the DWI SOBER Court team shall not be utilized by the State against me for any prosecution, but may be considered by the Court in deciding any sanction up to and including termination from the DWI SOBER Court Program.
