Use of the Confidential Information. I agree that, without the express written permission of the Vender, I will not use the Confidential Information for any purpose other than in the pursuit of entering into a binding "Purchase Agreement". I further agree not to disclose the Confidential Information to any third party without the express written permission of the Vender.
Use of the Confidential Information. Recipient shall treat all Confidential Information as strictly confidential and understands that Recipient may use the Confidential Information solely in connection with the Purpose described above. In support of such work to be performed by such students, Company hereby agrees to donate to UNC Charlotte the sum of five thousand dollars (US$5,000) within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date of this Agreement.
