Scope of Grievances A. A grievance may be filed if a management interpretation or application of the provisions of this Memorandum of Understanding adversely affects an employee's wages, hours or conditions of employment.
Denial of Grievance Failure by the School Board or its representative to issue a decision within the time periods provided herein shall constitute a denial of the grievance and the employee may appeal it to the next level.
Submission of Grievance If the complaint is not resolved within ten (10) days after the meeting with the employee’s immediate supervisor, the employee shall file within five (5) days a written grievance with the Department Head.
