Line of Time/Line Averages. A bid line shall be a monthly line composed entirely of published sequences with a monthly schedule of no more than ten (10) TFP above or below the monthly bid line average in the domicile. Each domicile’s line average will not go below seventy five // (75) TFP nor above eighty-five (85) TFP. A Flight Attendant will bid in her/his // domicile.

  • Line Outage Costs Notwithstanding anything in the NYISO OATT to the contrary, the Connecting Transmission Owner may propose to recover line outage costs associated with the installation of Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades on a case-by-case basis.
