Listed Holidays. New Year’s Day Election Day ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇’▇ Birthday Veterans Day Memorial Day Thanksgiving Day Independence Day The day before Christmas Day Labor Day Christmas Day An eleventh and twelfth paid holiday on a date to be determined locally. These holidays will be mutually selected by the local union and local management prior to December 31 of the year preceding the year in which the holiday will occur. In the absence of mutual agreement by such December 31, the holidays will be designated by local management. Local management and the local union at each plant may agree in writing to substitute a different holiday in place of any of the above-listed holidays for all purposes.

  • Designated Holidays A part-time employee shall not be paid for the designated holidays but shall, instead be paid four decimal two five percent (4.25%) for all straight-time hours worked.

  • Observed Holidays Provider reserves the right to identify observed holidays and adjust its holiday schedules from time to time. When a holiday falls on a weekend, Provider may close on the closest business day in observance of that holiday. After-hours emergency support is still available during these times, and Client will be charged for Services at Provider’s then-prevailing Holiday support rates.

  • Worked Holidays Employees who are required to work on the above described holidays shall receive the pay due them for the holiday, plus twice their base rate for all hours worked on such holidays.

  • Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays If the last or appointed day for the taking of any action or the expiration of any right required or granted herein shall be a Saturday or a Sunday or shall be a legal holiday in the State of New York, then such action may be taken or such right may be exercised on the next succeeding day not a legal holiday.
