Worked Holidays. Patrol division employees (including dispatchers) who work on any day celebrated as a holiday shall be paid one and one-half (1 1/2x) times their straight hourly rates for the hours worked in addition to the holiday pay.

  • NERC Holidays means a holiday as defined by the North American Electric Reliability Corporation or any successor thereto.

Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.

  • Weeks pay means the ordinary weekly rate of wage for the employee concerned.
