No later than the tenth (10th) day of the month, the Employer will provide to the Union in electronic form a list of new hires, terminations and transfers into or out of the bargaining unit. The list will include the employee's full name, date of hire, current hire date (seniority date), employee ID number, home address, telephone number, department, job title, wage rate (including any wage rate changes for transfers), status (e.g., regular full- time, regular part-time, per diem or temporary), and date of hire, termination (including reason for termination such as resignation, retirement, discharge, layoff) or transfer, as applicable. Hard copies of the above data will be provided only upon separate request, no more than twice a calendar year.
