Litter. In an effort to keep our streets clean, ships' crew and passengers will be asked to utilize trash containers and cigarette ash trays. Docks and harbors are regulated under the Skagway Municipal Code (Chapter 12.08 Small Boat Harbor). Operators will conduct pre-season training in a manner which emphasizes these guidelines. 1. COURTEOUS USE: Operators agree to use docks, harbors, loading ramps, the airport and related parking facilities in a courteous and responsible manner, and to pay special attention to other users.
